When Carlis and Katya of Spicy Candy DC approached me several weeks ago with the idea of putting together a La Petite Marmoset lookbook, to say I was excited is an understatement. These girls have natural style (and make me want to have a blogging partner)--- I've gotten to know them through events in DC over the past couple of months and always felt like we were on similar wavelengths. We drove out to Katya's house (that used to be a church!) in rural Northern Virgina--- spent the day playing dress up and romping around in a secluded historic Civil War battlefield! As the Confederates and Yankees didn't really leave behind any dressing rooms, we ended up doing adventurous outfit changes out in the open (Several old men spent a little too much time reading nearby placards... i'm sure they were just history buffs). Thanks to Kim for recording, Sebastian for behind the scenes photos, and Spicy Candy for the photography, editing, lookbook and video! Had so much fun with you guys and you did a great job bringing it all together :)
Here are some of the first lookbook photos the girls took below---More on their blog HERE!
Also check out the video they made below!
Looks like so much fun & I LOVED the video :)
